About Us

We’re Cafe Grace, and we’ve been an American restaurant and bar here in Princeton, IL, since 2022. We serve breakfast, brunch, lunch, and dinner, and we offer coffee, sandwiches, seafood, pasta, steak, soups, tacos, beer, wine, liquor, and much more. We’re looking forward to partnering with Spring Valley, Rock Falls, and La Salle consumers to continue to offer a premier American restaurant experience. This place is too cute! We stayed at the Knox Hotel across the street while in town for a wedding. Walked over the next morning for breakfast & are so glad we did. The waitress was super sweet & personable. She recommended things from the menu (do yourself a favor and order the pancakes!) and was just all around a great waitress. I wish I could remember her name! The food was fantastic & the atmosphere was so cozy. The building itself is rich in history, which only added to our experience staying at a historic hotel across the street. I definitely recommend stopping in & supporting this local business. The location is convenient & service was unmatched. Thanks again!!
